Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our growing technical support team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, and networking issues across a diverse client base throughout North America.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues (remote and on-site)

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users

Assist with system upgrades, data backups, patch management, and cybersecurity compliance

Maintain detailed documentation of support activities via ticketing systems

Support break/fix field operations and managed IT services

Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers on escalated issues and deployments
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

2+ years of hands-on experience in an IT support role

Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking concepts

Experience with Lenovo, Dell, and HP laptops preferred

Skilled in diagnosing and resolving hardware issues and peripheral device configurations

Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Zendesk)

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Valid driver’s license preferred (for onsite support roles)
Preferred Certifications:

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)

Experience working in MSP or break/fix environments

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, Google Workspace, etc.)
