Job Title: Project Manager
Salary- 75K-100000/Yer
Job Type- Full time
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects across different departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
– Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
– Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
Budgeting and Resource Management:
– Create and manage the project budget.
– Allocate resources effectively and ensure efficient utilization.
Stakeholder Management:
– Communicate with stakeholders to clarify project expectations and goals.
– Ensure regular updates are provided to stakeholders on project progress.
– Manage relationships with clients and external partners.
Risk Management:
– Identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
– Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Team Leadership:
– Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members.
– Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring clear communication among team members.
Monitoring and Reporting:
– Track project performance and ensure that deadlines and milestones are met.
– Create regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
– Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Key Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
– PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
– Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT.
– Excellent knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent).
– Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Familiarity with budgeting and cost control methods.

Experience:
– Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
