Looking for a Sr Candidate with rich consulting and Architect experience of Risk Management & Compliance Cloud ERP Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead end-to-end Oracle RMC Security & Controls projects, establish and oversee governance, and manage onshore/offshore teams to ensure innovative solutions align with client priorities and broader business goals.
•Proactively foster positive client relationships, provide Oracle RMC Cloud guidance for security and controls in HCM, Financials, and SCM modules, and conduct thorough stakeholder analysis for effective resource planning.
•Design experience with Oracle Cloud solutions such as HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM, etc.
•Lead the implementation of Security & Controls framework across Oracle Cloud solutions such as HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM, etc., ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
•Configure and customize the Roles and Access in Oracle Cloud solutions such as HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM, etc. to address specific risk management needs, considering scalability and flexibility.
•Create and manage detailed documentation for solution structure, settings, and integrations, ensuring it is accessible and comprehensible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Create cohesive project plans and guide teams to complete projects on time and within budget, specifying task-level details and accountability for various sub-tracks in an Oracle ERP Transformation.
•Establish clear entry and exit criteria for milestones in Oracle ERP Transformation, ensure client accountability alongside internal teams, integrate quarterly Oracle patch cycles with key finance activities, and consider major shutdowns, blackout periods, and customer vacation plans in program and task planning.
•Keep updated on the latest market innovations, methodologies, tools, and assets/accelerators related to Oracle RMC Cloud.

Qualifications

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with over 10 years of IT experience, specifically in Oracle or Tier 1 ERP applications, and demonstrate a minimum of 8 years’ expertise in delivering complex Security & Controls implementations across Oracle Cloud Financials and HCM Cloud.

Showcase a minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience managing onshore and offshore teams specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM resources, with deep expertise in implementing Security & Control Access for Oracle HCM Cloud.

Possess full life cycle implementation experience, covering Design, Configure, Test, and Deploy phases, and exhibit proficiency in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying Business process controls, automated controls, and IT controls, with a focus on certifications in Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
Bring strong experience in utilizing out-of-the-box HDL tools, application package migration tools, and implementing segregation of duty frameworks, including associated mitigating controls and SOD tools.
Demonstrate expertise in RMC modules, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Advanced Financials Controls (AFC), and Financial Reporting Controls (FRC), as well as a strong understanding of regulatory concerns affecting Oracle Cloud environments in private sector, government, and public sectors.
Preferably based in Canada, hold professional certifications (e.g., PMP) and a post-graduate degree, with experience in Agile or Hybrid delivery models, and utilize hands-on experience with project management tools like MS Projects, JIRA, and other Project Management applications.
