We’re looking for a skilled and proactive IT Technician to join our team and help us deliver outstanding technical support and system management for our growing client base.

Job Overview:
As an IT Technician, you’ll provide both remote and on-site technical support to our clients. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage network configurations, and maintain IT systems. The ideal candidate has a problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
  • Manage network configurations, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document issues and resolutions, and maintain accurate records in our ticketing system.
  • Assist with onboarding new users and setting up workstations.
  • Support in deploying and managing company-wide software solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members on projects and provide IT support during special events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a relevant role.
  • Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with network security, TCP/IP protocols, and basic firewall configurations.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and common cloud services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to explain technical issues in non-technical terms.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) are a plus.
