Key Responsibilities

  • Business Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calls, and presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Lead efforts to achieve revenue targets by selling IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand IT services and solutions and translate them into value propositions for clients.
  • Ensure alignment between client needs and the organization’s capabilities.
  • Marketing and Branding
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and events to promote the company’s IT services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct research to identify emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities associated with new ventures or partnerships.
  • Reporting and Performance Monitoring
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background
  • A degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is often preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Familiarity with IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI).
  • Ability to understand and explain complex IT solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills
  • Proven track record in sales and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations to diverse audiences.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and risks.

Experience Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in closing deals and driving revenue growth in the IT sector.
  • Experience working with Managed IT services, Staffing services,SaaS, or enterprise IT solutions is often a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • IT Sales: 2 years (required)
  • Staffing Services: 3 years (required)
